Audiolab 8200DQ Digital to Analogue Convertor
CODE: AUDIO8200DQ
The eagerly awaited Audiolab 8200DQ DAC or digital to analogue convertor follows in the ground breaking footsteps of the acclaimed MDAC. Designed by John Westlake the high performance DAC offers an unprecedented array of connections; 1 x Async USB, 2 x Optical inputs and 2 x Coaxial Inputs and also offers users 3 analogue inputs for their existing devices. The 8200DQ DAC can be used as a standalone DAC or Digital Pre Amplfier. This makes the 8200DQ ideal for connecting to a power amplifier or direct to a set of active loudspeakers. The 8200DQ like the MDAC features RCA connections along with a set of fully balanced XLR outputs.
Designed by John Westlake, the Audiolab 8200DQ has been designed to improve the sound of your digital sources and play high resolution 24-bit/192kHz files via the coaxial input and USB input. Optical will perform up to 24/96kHz.
The 8200DQ will vastly improve the performance of any PCM digital source, such as a CD transport, your PC or DAB Radio.
- Output Level @ 1KHz, RCA 2.25Vrms ±0.1, XLR 4.5Vrms ±0.1
