UK Delivery Options;

Custom Cable use Royal Mail First Class delivery on all items below 2.0kg and are normally delivered to mainland UK within 2 days, however channel islands may take up to 3 days.  We endeavor to dispatch on the same day , subject to stock availability and configuration of cable required.

For items that you require urgent delivery on, then you can select Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which aims to reach you the next day.

Please be aware that some orders may be subject to extended lead times from the manufacturer leading to slightly longer delivery times depending on their stock status and this will vary for manufacturer to manufacturer. However we will always keep you informed of the status of your purchase.

For all of our orders over 2.0kg we use Parcel Force express24 which is a guaranteed next day service to zones 1 and 3 and guaranteed within 3 working days to zone 2. If you wish to see what zone you are listed in please click here.

International Delivery Service and VAT;

Custom Cable will use Royal Mail International Airmail worldwide for all items less than 2.0kg. For countries in the EU delivery times are estimated between 3-7 working days and slightly longer for all countries outside of the EU. All EU member states will be subject to 17.5% VAT and countries outside of the EU will need to enter coupon code "VATFREE" at checkout to have the TAX deducted from the total amount ordered.
