The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
You have the right to cancel the contract (of purchasing products from us) for no reason at all and without penalty. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are complete with ALL relevant packaging and in an UNUSED condition.

If you wish to cancel the contract, please write to Custom Cable Service, 35 High Street, NEW MALDEN, Surrey, KT3 4BY. To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods. Alternatively, you may fax us on 020 8942 9124, stating your order number and cancellation instructions.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid for the goods, less any costs attributed to collecting the goods if required, within 30 days starting on the day we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you.

We would remind you that once you have notified us of your intent to cancel the contract, there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense to the address noted above. Ensure the goods are adequately insured for the return journey back to us as you are held to be responsible for their safe return.

We are not responsible for refunding any amount relating to you returning the item(s). This is your responsibility. However, upon safe return of any item(s), we will refund any carriage charges that we have charged to ship the order to you originally.

If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested, we can arrange collection of the goods from you at your cost (which will be deducted from any refund due).

We draw your attention to the fact that these UK Government regulations are there to protect you as a consumer. As such, we assume that all customers who place orders with us have read these regulations and are aware of the specific terms laid out in them.

Note that none of these conditions affect your statutory rights, which shall be deemed to be those set in law within the United Kingdom. Prices may change without notice. Errors and Omissions are excluded.
Refunds
Any orders may be returned (post-paid) if found to be unsuitable, as long as any returned item is unused. If, at our sole discretion, we believe that a product has been used, then we reserve the right to either refuse a refund (in which case the product will be returned to you) or to charge a percentage 'restocking fee', which will deducted from any refunded amount.
