| Our chief aim is to tailor-make and
supply specific cables with the customers required terminations already
attached, be they 4 mm 'banana' plugs, crimp spades, gold
plated phono-plugs, or more exotic types of connectors, such as SCARTs,
BNC, or 4 pin DIN. For your information, we provide both retail and mail order facilities for customers - so you can either visit our Cable Department (no appointment necessary - but call us first in case we're busy!) or you can telephone or email us. In either case, we will provide you with a professional and courteous service. And we can advise you exactly which cable or accessory you need to optimise your systems performance, whether it's a £20 stylus or a £1,000 piece of wire (and yes, they DO exist and they DO make a difference - in the right system!!) | Cables and terminations vary in price and this is reflected in the quality of the products. A basic rule of thumb is to make an investment of approximately 10% of the overall equipment cost in cables and terminations to maximise the sound quality improvement. | ||

| EXPORT SERVICE |
| An export service is available and, since all prices quoted include UK VAT at 17.5%, we deduct 14.89% to arrive at the export price of the goods. (This happens automatically when you order on-line). |
| Please note, however, that VAT must be paid on ALL goods sold within EC member states, and (regarding non-EC customers) it is normally beneficial to pay the VAT in the UK as it generally has a lower rate than the country of destination. |
| Within the webshop, we can now provide an approximate estimate for shipping costs. As shipping to non-UK destinations is very much dependant on the entire order weight, so, we use a sliding scale to give you an idea as to the approximate cost of insured delivery to your home. (Note: The actual charge we make for shipping to non-UK destinations is usually cheaper than our estimated cost - but we chose to offer a slightly inaccurate calculated cost, just to give a guide to our Export Customers. |
