Nordost have launched their latest product like the Norse Series 2 at CES 2012. The original Norse Series cables incorporated Micro Mono-Filament (MMF) technology down to real world prices and into real world systems. This massively elevated performance standards and expectations. The Norse Series 2 represents their latest evolution in the MMF technology by combining the benefits of MMF construction with the latest enchancements of mechanical tuning and optimisation of conductors, topology and termination. Nordost is claiming to have achieved a significant breakthrough in cable performance.

The latest Norse Series 2 cables will have the same series structure that has been introduced with the Leif Series, which includes AC cables, interconnect and speaker cables at three distinct performance levels.

The series will include the new Heimdall2, Frey2 and Tyr2 cables which offer ever closer performance to their flagship Valhalla cabling.
