Ortofon’s e-Q5 (eq5 / eq-5) IEM features ultra micro audio engineering technology which is a culmination of nearly 100 years of tradition in pursuit of Ortofon's "Accuracy in Sound". The newly designed e-Q5 is a based on the e-Q7 which has been critically acclaimed by music fans the world over.
The e-Q5's moving armature offers a unique sound that is very different to a dynamic IEM. The sound is amazingly transparent and open and offers a fantastic frequency response that produces natural transients and hormonics. These natural harmonics are generally easier on the ear and never get tiring with prolonged listening.
The e-Q5’s feature a newly designed cable that is not seen on the e-Q7 IEM's and does not fatigue from long periods of bending and tries to prevent kinking or breaking.

Customers in certain countries are also able to choose Royal Mail International Airsure. Airsure® is generally a day faster than standard Airmail and can be tracked online. Which means the aim is:
