"I order replacements pads for my Sennheiser HD485 headphones, arrived really quickly. Unfortunately it turned out I'd ordered the wrong ones, D'oh! Custom cable replaced the pads with the correct ones (which were more expensive) and didn't charge me any extra. I'll definitely be back."

"custom cable had the audacity to charge £4.20 for each individual px100/px200 headband pad, when I can get a pair for the same price on ebay. I have sent it back for a refund on the 18/1/2012 and it is yet to arrive at their premises and it's now the 23/1/2012. So I am £4.20 down and I'll start a dispute on paypal as this whole experience is unacceptable."
